Local adverts are adverts that are 'tied' to a particular town and appear directly beside any property that is listed as a result of a users search if it is located in or around that town.
The advert consists of a 'header' top line, two text lines and a 'footer' bottom line. The header clicks through to a new box which contains your full advert - currently an easy set-up text advert with links through to your own wersite or Email address - and soon the choice of sending your own JPEG picture advert if you prefer. This main advert can click through to your own website or Email for example - or whatever you wish.
You will be given your own online control panel so you can alter or change your advert as often and whenever you wish.
When you are happy with your advert you will need to activate it so it will start to be shown in the search results. Ibernets are currently offering the first 500 impressions of your advert toatally free of charge! When you first 'activate' your new advert you will simply not be charged until it reaches 500 viewings by our visitors! After this you will need to pay the advertising fee online using a credit card or bank transfer. The fee is currently set at only €12.00 per month for unlimited impressions, with a minimum of three months payable in advance. Remember you can completely change your advert as often as you like even after it is activated.
There is a limit on the number of active adverts per town. Two of them are then picked at random every time a property from that town is listed.
