Welcome to the local advert setup tool. You will need to completre a few simple steps as follows:

1. Enter your company and website (if any) details here
2. Select the town you wish to 'tie' your advert to
3. Create the first text advert that appears beside the property listing in the users search results page which will click through to your main advert which is displayed in a new window
4. Set a password for your new account.
5. You will then be assigned your new account login and sent back to the home page
6. Now you can login to your account to create your main advert or make any changes to the existing adverts.
7. When you are satisfied you can activate your new advert whenever you wish (free for the first 500 impressions!) so it will begin to be displayed.
